Our philosophy:
Green chiles provide a unique flavor and character. We are not looking for
the "best" recipe for a given dish. We are looking to explore and experiment
with the character of chiles to discover a variety of interesting dishes.
And, of course, we plan to highlight the truly stellar recipes.
If you are looking for certain recipes, let us know. We will focus on those
most in demand. Otherwise, we will be emailing you a recipe a week and focusing
on those we find most interesting and worthwhile.
